Supporting the Next Generation of RF Engineers
Mini-Circuits’ University Outreach Program provides support to RF engineering programs and students around the world. The no-cost program for university students and educators is designed to encourage the next generation of RF innovators by offering a variety of benefits such as tools, training, discounts, and promotion of student work. The University Outreach Program is available to all students currently enrolled in an RF engineering program and any university offering an RF specialization.* For select universities looking for a true industry partner, Mini-Circuits also offers the Partner tier, which offers customized benefits and collaborative engagements.
Features & Benefits
10% Discount & Free Samples
Once enrolled in the program, students and faculty are eligible for a 10% discount on all Mini-Circuits products. In addition to discounts on purchases, students and faculty are eligible for expanded access to our free sample program, EZ Samples. Discounts and samples are meant to support in-class activities and student projects. Some restrictions apply to prevent abuse of the program with excessive quantities.
Mini-Circuits is constantly developing new tools and resources for students and professionals in the RF world. We have a variety of student-specific products, educational resources, and an RF calculator mobile app that are all available now! Additionally, members of the program will have free access to members-only content such as online trainings and webinars.
Training Webinars & Lectures
For members enrolled in the program, Mini-Circuits will be offering a quarterly webinar on topics in RF fundamentals. The trainings will vary from introductions to RF to practical applications in industry. For select schools, we will be offering some in-person training.
Internships & Employment Opportunities
RF engineering is an exciting world with many career opportunities, and we hope many members of the University Outreach Program will consider a future with us. Every year, we offer internships and entry-level engineering positions to students and recent graduates entering the industry workforce. While program membership isn’t a guarantee of preference in the candidate pool for a given position, establishing a working relationship with Mini-Circuits and networking with Mini-Circuits employees is the best way to understand what we look for in prospective team members.

Complete the form above. We will review your application, and if you meet the criteria for enrollment, we will update your account record to reflect your status as a program member and send you a discount code to use for online orders and EZ Samples.
Are there restrictions?
There are some restrictions. All applications are subject to verification. Abuse of free products or discounts will lead to expulsion. Participation is at the sole discretion of Mini-Circuits.
