Mini-Circuits’ LVA-6183PN+ is a wideband, ultra-low phase noise MMIC amplifier perfect for use with low noise signal sources and in sensitive transceiver chains. This model operates from 6 to 18 GHz, with a high dynamic range (+19.6 dBm P1dB) and a gain of 19.9 dB. An ultra-low phase noise of -165 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset preserves signal quality with minimal degradation. A 4×4 mm 24-Lead QFN-style package uses a small footprint to optimize space, and industry standard packaging makes for ease of assembly in high-volume manufacturing processes.
