With the holiday season approaching, we at Mini-Circuits would like to thank you for your continued business and partnership over the years. With year-end close in sight, we celebrate your successes in 2023 and want to express our appreciation for the opportunity to support you.
In recognition of everyone’s tireless efforts to make 2023 a successful year, we will be closing a significant portion of our U.S. operations from December 25 to January 1 to give our team time with their families for the holidays and to revitalize for the year ahead.
We will maintain a reduced team in our inside sales and shipping departments during that period to support customer communications and unforeseen critical shipment needs.
To be proactive and to ensure a smooth continuity of deliveries, we are planning to pull in any shipments currently scheduled to ship during the holiday week to ship before December 25.
Our account managers are here to help and work with you to schedule any new orders or requirements outside of that week. If we receive an order after the 22 of December requesting shipment before Jan 1, we will schedule it for shipment on Jan 2 or later, contingent on availability of stock and lead time.
