Mini-Circuits’ expanded PMA3-series of wideband, ultra-low NF MMIC amplifiers operates in ranges between 5.5 and 20 GHz. With exceptionally low noise figures of less than 1.5 dB, high OIP3 values, high gain and high P1dB, these amplifiers are ideal for sensitive, high dynamic range receiver applications and even power amplifier input stages. Several models incorporate a shutdown feature, and all are internally DC blocked, with a DC path to ground provided at the RF I/O ports for ESD protection.
