We’re excited to expand our popular lineup of MMIC fixed attenuators to support even broader bandwidths in our smallest package style yet! The new BAT family of models provides excellent attenuation flatness over the entire DC to 60 GHz frequency range in a 1.5 x 1.5mm QFN-style package. Available off the shelf with attenuation values from 0 to 10 dB in 1-dB steps, 12, 15, 20 and 30 dB, these tiny attenuators are sure to be a favorite new building block for any wideband system where minimizing size and weight is a priority.
