Every season is a success when you’re a longstanding sponsor of the home team—especially at one of the most unique settings in all of sports, Maimonides Park, home of the Brooklyn Cyclones and baseball by the beach off the Coney Island Boardwalk.
Mini-Circuits has sponsored the Cyclones since the club’s inaugural season in 2001, filling everything from outfield fence signs to LED signage, video board commercials and printed game programs. Only a pandemic could stop our run of 19 consecutive seasons as the 2020 season was canceled. We were right there when fans were welcomed back in 2021 and have had an absolute blast in 2022.

With the game tickets we receive for our sponsorship, there’s a high likelihood that Mini-Circuits members in New York are at any given Cyclones game.
“I have attended several Cyclones games. I usually go with my husband and sometimes my sister or nephews and their spouses,” says Ann Scocozzo in Clerical/Sales Support. “I really enjoy the energy in the park. It’s so much fun to get caught up in the excitement. I think it’s very generous of Mini Circuits to offer these tickets to their members.”

Michael Gonsavos, in Receiving Incoming Inspection, makes it a boardwalk outing with friends who come from New Jersey and Long Island to join him. “We all have a relaxing evening, usually after going to Roll N Roaster or Nathan’s for dinner after a hard day of work,” he says, recalling the 2019 season when the Cyclones won the NY-Penn League Championship. “They had a big celebration on the field after getting the last out for the victory. I am extremely grateful that Mini-Circuits often has tickets available.”
As the High-A affiliate of the New York Mets, the Cyclones play a big part in the club’s farm system. In addition to rising stars, Maimonides Park is also a destination to watch well-known Mets players designated for rehab from injuries. And there’s no rivalry here; without a doubt, the Cyclones are Brooklyn’s baseball team, located just four stops on the Q train from Mini-Circuits’ Sheepshead Bay headquarters.
Mini-Circuits is proud to support a variety of cultural activities, academic institutions, charities and non-profits in Brooklyn and around the world. Our ongoing sponsorship of the Brooklyn Cyclones is just one example of our commitment to social responsibility and community involvement. Go Cyclones! Finish strong this season, and we’re already excited for next season.
