QFN-Style MMIC Packaging as Small as 1.5 x 1.5 mm

Mini-Circuits is innovating to support the ever-increasing demand for lower SWAP-C by further miniaturizing our MMIC product line into QFN-style packages as small as 1.5 x 1.5 mm. Our first catalog releases, which just hit the shelf, include a wideband LNA (PMA1-14LN+) and a new series of fixed attenuators operating up to 60 GHz (BAT-series). Whether amplifying up or padding down, both functions can be now realized in our smallest MMIC case style yet, enabling designers to keep pace with modern circuit board densities.
