From August 14 to 16, Mini-Circuits held a Member Appreciation picnic at the Knapp Street and Neptune Avenue facilities in Brooklyn and at the Deer Park, NY facility to show its team how much their tireless dedication, passion, and hard work means to the company. As summertime comes to a close and we approach the end of the year, what better time is there to bring the community together than to enjoy food, music, games and quality time?

At the Knapp Street event, members flocked to the large array of food spanning from salad, mac and cheese, chicken and eggplant parmesan, burgers, and bread rolls. There was no shortage of options for attendees with dietary restrictions such as kosher and vegetarian. After filling up their plates, attendees moved back upstairs to sit and talk with colleagues, as well as play games including Uno, dominoes, cards and more, accompanied with music. Overall, the energy was high and attendees enjoyed spending time with one another, whether it be standing in groups, sitting at tables or engaged in the games.

At the Neptune Avenue facility, the picnic was carnival themed. Members got to enjoy multiple stands for entertainment including an inflatable booth outfitted with four carnival games including ballon pop, can smash, ring toss, and bingo balls. There was a carnival themed photo booth with props, a dunk tank and games like giant Jenga, giant Conect-4, giant tic-tac-toe, Uno, cornhole and more.

There was also an inflatable treat shop with popcorn, snow cones, cotton candy and mini zeppoles. Throughout the event, members also got to participate in raffles with a total of 18 prizes including a Ninja Electric Grill, Polaroid Camera, NutriBullet juicer, spa treatments and more.

There was also a raffle with 6 prizes and an assortment of games including Connect-4, Uno, cards and pickleball!

The event was very much a success and many members are looking forward to the next appreciation picnic! A big thank you goes out to the HR team for putting this event together and giving members a chance to take a break from their daily routines and enjoy some quality time with the community, and enjoy great food and experiences.
