This summer, Mini-Circuits Florida members stepped away from their daily routines and immersed themselves in the vibrant sights, flavors, and traditions of Cuba during our Havana Nights Summer Picnic.
No Havana celebration would be complete without authentic Cuban cuisine. Members enjoyed pan con lechón (Cuban roast pork sandwiches), a traditional favorite featuring slow-roasted, seasoned pork served on Cuban bread. The menu also included ensalada fría (cold pasta salad), tartaletas (bite-sized pastry tartlets), and flan, a classic Cuban caramel custard dessert. To ensure there was something for everyone, vegetarian options included macaroni salad, macaroni and cheese, and veggie pub subs.
The event transformed the workplace into a lively celebration where members enjoyed an afternoon of great music, food, and games. Throughout the afternoon, members participated in a variety of activities, including friendly domino matches, giant Jenga, an exciting game of soccer, and a bit of cricket. Our photo booth was a popular attraction throughout the event, and the DJ kept the festive atmosphere going with lively music.

The Havana Nights Summer Picnic was more than just a fun afternoon—it was an opportunity to strengthen connections, celebrate our diverse cultures, and recognize the members who make Mini-Circuits a great place to work.
