Housed in a tiny 2×2 mm QFN-style package, this model supports applications from 1000 to 6000 MHz with a 0.5 dB typical noise figure, 19 dB gain, and +34 dBm OIP3. It has a single voltage supply, 56 mA at +5V. voltage-controlled fast shutdown feature allows the amplifier to be switched off to conserve power consumption when not in use.
