AVA-0233LN+
MMIC LNA
30 dB Voltage Variable Gain
Mini-Circuits’ new AVA-0233LN+ is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier with a wide operating frequency range from 2 to 30 GHz. This model achieves typical noise figure of 2.4 dB with characteristic performance <2 dB up to 18 GHz. A unique Vc pin (-1.2 to +2.4VDC) provides gain control from roughly +16 dB to -14 dB, facilitating compensation for performance variations due to temperature and other signal path conditions. It outperforms similar products on the market for a fraction of the price, making it an excellent candidate for applications from defense systems and Satcom to test instrumentation and more!
